You may unsubscribe from optional marketing communications at any time.
5. COURSES AND PAID LEARNING
The Hoot Nest may offer paid courses, programs and other learning products.
Pricing, inclusions, access periods and any specific purchase conditions will be displayed or provided when a product or service is offered.
Additional terms may apply to particular paid products or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Australian consumer guarantees automatically apply to qualifying purchases and cannot simply be removed by website terms.
6. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ROLES
The Hoot Nest may allow people to nominate their interest in Business Development roles.
Nominating your interest does not guarantee:
that a suitable role will become available
that The Hoot Nest will contact you about a role
an introduction to an employer or recruiter
an interview
an offer of employment
any particular salary, package or employment outcome.
Some roles communicated through The Hoot Nest may be privately sourced, exclusive or not advertised through major employment websites.
You are responsible for deciding whether a role, employer or employment arrangement is appropriate for you.
7. PRIVATE ROLE MATCHING
Where we believe a Business Development role may potentially suit your interests, experience or goals, we may contact you privately.
You decide whether you want to explore the role.
The Hoot Nest will not provide your CV, profile or identifying career information to a prospective employer or recruiter without your permission.

8. EMPLOYERS AND RECRUITERS
The Hoot Nest may work with employers and recruiters looking for Business Development talent.
We may receive a fee from an employer or recruiter for introductions, placements or related services.
Any commercial arrangement between The Hoot Nest and an employer or recruiter may be subject to separate terms or an agreement.
The Hoot Nest does not guarantee the suitability, performance or conduct of any candidate, employer or recruiter.
Employers and recruiters remain responsible for their own recruitment processes, checks, employment decisions and legal obligations.
9. BUSINESS SERVICES
The Hoot Nest may provide Business Development services to businesses, including programs such as the 90-Day New Business Pipeline Sprint.
Website information about these services is provided for general information and does not by itself constitute a complete consulting or service agreement.
Where appropriate, business engagements will be governed by a separate proposal, scope of work, agreement or other commercial terms.
If there is an inconsistency between these website Terms and a separately agreed written agreement for a business service, the separate agreement will apply to that service to the extent of the inconsistency.

Unless we give you permission, you must not reproduce, republish, sell, commercially distribute, substantially copy or represent our content as your own.
Sharing links to publicly available Hoot Nest content is welcome.
